Im in a jam

i think i wanna quit soon. Had enuf of this silly job.

Last fri received a request from a client, asking for a breakdown of certain details on a particular vendor's shipment that we dont track.
decided to leave it till monday to deal with it. And to get the data for the client, i have to ask another of my vendor contacts from a competing company the same question.
I obviously cant ask the company that the client wants to know about rite.. cos it would be very obvious some client is asking and wants to know intimate details about their competitor.

so by using this roundabout route, i may or may not get my answer. But the thing is.. r the questions im asking too sensitive? its a blurry and grey line where im crossing.. by getting info from one co and selling it to another.. or in this case attempting to get info from competing sources.. which if faced with another situation, i would have to turn on that same source by maybe asking his competitor instead.. i think its bad for my karma =(


im sick of the job. wanna quit. looked at jobs db, but theres nothing interesting there. Dun really wanna do more market research, and dun wanna do finance either. and dont wanan go back to IT! so how..

where am i heading
oh i so dont know.
